I’m a multidisciplinary designer shaping digital products, AI agents, and service experiences. I am sepcialise in design systems, healthcare, travel, enterprise, brand, AI & Vibe Coding, story-telling.

With experience across Philips, Booking.com, frog design, Impraise, Baidu, Microsoft Research Asia, TU/e, and independent creative studios, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to product and experience design. My work sits at the intersection of human-centered design, digital systems, AI, service workflows, and emotional storytelling. I’m especially interested in how complex technologies can become more understandable, useful, and meaningful for people — connecting business goals with real human needs, behaviors, and feelings.
